Russia-based electro-industrial act Outpost11 has released their third album, "Structural Defects", in CD and limited 2CD formats. The album features 15 tracks, including a 4-track maxi titled "Conscious Affects". The CD is priced at 10 EUR, while the limited 2CD is priced at 15 EUR. The album is mainly driven by intelligent and traditional EBM formats, with some tracks having a more electro-punkish sound. The limited edition includes alternative design and is available now.
